We take your data security very seriously, and we do not store any of your credit card or payment information on our website or on our servers. Our payment processor is Shopify, which meets all 6 categories of PCI standards.

Many brands you are familiar with also use Shopify for payments. Through Shopify, we accept credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Basically, with Shopify, you can trust that your data is safe.

Typical Toot Turnaround
Once you have placed your order, the Toot Team will ship the order in 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Delivery will be dependent on method chosen at checkout. Please allow extra time (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. Non-continental US territories and APO’s will be shipped via USPS and will not have order tracking available. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be delivered via US Postal Service.

Shipping & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. Transit times may be delayed due to COVID19 and high order volumes. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Tracking Your Package
If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.

We're confident this toy will make you laugh. But, if it doesn’t, no worries  — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll process you a refart, oops refund.

Tooty Toob™ is made from Sarolit™, a unique material formulated and trademarked for our manufacturing partner. It is a USP Class II medical-grade plastisol, with a phthalate-free plasticiser (i.e. free of DEHP, BDP, BBP and others), and it does not contain latex.

The Tooty Toob is approved for ages 6 and up and meets or exceeds all US toy safety standards.  Tooty Toob has been granted a Children’s Product Certificate from an independent CPSC-accepted testing laboratory.  Tooty Toobs should only be used as directed to make fantastic fart sounds.

Wipe those babies down!! Because Tooty Toobs are made with medical grade materials - feel free to wash them with dish soap, or give a spritz and wipe with your favorite cleaner. We do warn that if you completely submerge your Toob you run the risk of some water hanging out in there -- it should blow out over time, but if random droplets aren't your thing -- stick to a wipe down!

It's ok to Toot with some twists! Small kinks or bends in the Toob can occur sometimes if stored in a way that puts pressure on the Toob. This should not affect the tootability of the toy - and the bends should relax over time.
